the pics shown here, corresponds to an Hybridization between Aspis Atra and Vipera Ammodytes, that was introduced in Tessin.

Does anybody know something about populations of vipera ammodytes in this area? has anybody seen one?

i think that the closest ammodytes populations are in Tyrol,and must be difficult the competitivity among both species , being aspis much more numerous
