Turkey n°3 and 4

Hi,
These are from the Side area (not far from the Aspendos archeological site). The first one, I guess, is a Lacerta viridis. The second one looks like some Ophisops elegans in the gallery. Would this be correct?

Ophisops, yes, but Lacerta viridis only occurs in northern Anatolia. Most likely Lacerta pamphylica, I'd say.

Christian, I've been to Side 3 times and I can assure you that the lizards are Lacerta pamphylica and Ophisops elegans. The green lizards seem to be found only in bushy areas, whereas Ophisops can be found pretty much anywhere.
