I never saw juveniles with such bright colors, but deducted by elimination (color, head shape and distribution) it should be Anatololacerta danfordi juvenile.
How long these lizards have been (total lenght)?

it was a long time ago that I took the pic, but they were about 10cm to the best of my memory! 

Thinking again they were probably bigge than this, probably 15cm, sorry! I might also add that all the individuals I saw were indeed as bright (or brighter) than this one, with electric blue tails.

this bright blue tail is typical for all Anatololacerta species.
The total length of 10 to 15 cm points to a few month old specimens.
The only two Anatololacerta, occuring in the coastal mountains around Antalya are A. danfordi (this is the one I think it should be) and A. oertzeni, but this one should have bright orange throats in juveniles.
If you would remember the exact location (village nearby), it would be more easy maybe!

Hi,
I looked at the photos from your link but didn't recognise any specifically. Most that I saw shared the same colour, size and pattern as my pictured one, (sorry about my lack of information!). I have emailed you the location as the following post suggests this will be better.

sorry about that, I have changed this and won't do it again! I should probably know better after dealing with bird locations, which are of shuch a vulnerable position.
