Herps USA

As its going to be -5C tonight and there still isn't any activity here in Northern England i thought i would share a few Pics from the US last June (CA NV). It was a none herping trip but as always i managed to find some things along the way.
In order: Coast Garter Snake, Western Fence Lizard, Sagebrush Lizard, Zebra Tailed Lizard, Western Whiptail and a couple of Mammals Sea Otter and Black Bear. Does anyone else have experience of the US? i really fancy doing a proper herping trip there sometime.

Nice pics. Where was the Black Bear? I was lucky enough to see Sea Otter on my trip to California last year, although it was too cold for reptiles.

I've herped in Florida, Arizona and Texas, but always as part of a general holiday, and in the winter. Probably my best find was a Dusky Pygmy Rattlesnake in Florida.

The Black Bear was in Yosemite,was really lucky as we saw 4 in total including mother with cubs on the Tioga Pass road.
