I'm not sure but I think it's Myotis.Looks like the one I found a couple of months ago in Bulgaria.What also makes me think that it is Myotes is that you say they were 'making lots of noise'.When I was trying to identify my find I had the same guesses as you do here,but if I remember right Myotis are the only one of those three genus that makes sound we humans can actually hear.But please check again,because there's a huge posibbility that I'm wrong!:)Cheers! 

I had a look with my colleague, who's pretty hot on bats... We reckon almost certainly Myotis. Species is not so easy but we're thinking probably the pond bat M.dasycneme (by the shape of the tragus), second choice is Daubenton's bat M.daubentonii.

One species of Myotis i was considering yesterday was M. mystacinus.
But i don`t recall the reasons, and i don`t have my notes with me. I guess it had something to do with range, or wintering locations, or size...
Could it be an option ?! 

Hello Vlad, M. mystacinus is very small, although it's hard to tell from the photo how big it is... However, the ears are a bit too small for mystacinus and mystacinus has a pointed rather than rounded tragus.

UPDATE:

I`ve contacted the Romanian Bat Protection Society, and they say it`s a Pipistrellus kuhlii.
It has been found for the first time in Romania in 2005, in the Prut river Valley, the same river that separates the two `countries`; and one year later in Moldavia.

 

Had a look at some P.kuhlii pictures and will bow to their superior knowledge...
