As far as I know, this viper is from kaznakovi group and occurs in NE TR and probably also in Georgia. I have this "species" still on the species-list, because I have taken some pictures of the holotype (still alive), short before it was described.
But I´m nearly sure, this two babies found close nearby, are hybrids (kaznakovi and a. transcaucasiana - and maybe barani are living in the surroundings of the place).
