Although I've seen Podarcis hispanica eating many insects, I never saw one trying to eat a tarentola mauritanica !
I got only a few seconds so I was very lucky with this shot.
After the shot, the lizzard moved on, with the gekko on his mouth. Any ideas about how this might have ended ?

Photo taken last October, tarentola was a juvenile ( a couple of months old )and the podarcis was perhaps one year old it was not a bigger than 13 cm with tale.
