I'm a birder and photographer but in herpetological terms I'm probably the equivalent of what I'd call a "robin stroker" so I wasn't sure if you'd be offended by a part timer joining for an id.

Jonathan, you are birdwatcher? Me too! Could you write me, please, by e-mail, what kinds of more interesting birds did you see there? For example if you observed some vultures, Gypaetus b., Hier. fasciatus, Hier. pennatus, B. rufinus, A. brevipes, F. biarmicus, F. eleonore, some Alectoris, Emb. cineracea, E. caesia or hortulana, Lanius nubicus, Sitta krueperi, Parus lugubris, Sylvia rueppeli, Oenanthe isabellina, Irania gutturalis, Cercotrichas and so on?
I am intrested in Greece´s avifauna, I was there one time to watch for both birds and reptiles and I hope, that not last time. I have also written one trip-report, but it is only in slovak language. But the list of observed species is also in latin - see http://www.birding.sk/lokality.php .
