Hi everyone, just a quick tip to get your report online fast.

There are a few real time savers when it comes to making trip reports, first of all, when you indicate a place to insert a photo, please do type the entire file name, such as:

"photo_1.jpg" as opposed to only "Photo 1"

Also if you want a caption, type this under the file name.

Something we are trying to make standard is the species list at the end of the report, this is useful to add the number of species for each trip in order to know successful from not so trips.

I must apologize for the long wait experienced during the later parts of spring, this was in part because I was away from home, but also the reports were not very easy to adapt into a report online.

So please do consider these two time savers for your next report and you should expect your report to appear online within 30 minutes of me receiving it ! (that is me opening the email ;) ) total expected time from sending the report to it being online should be around less then 24h

PS: please reduce your photos to around 700 / 800 pixels wide, avoid sending original photos or those over 1000 pixels wide
